Meet Flor A. Estevez
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Red Echo is led by Flor A. Estevez: it’s CEO and Founder. She has over two decades experience as global communicator and strategic event creator. In late 2017, she started Red Echo, through which she collaborates with some of the world’s most talented communication and marketing professionals. Flor has deep experience in one-on-one coaching of executives at the most senior level. Among her strengths are exceptional people and relationship skills.
Before founding Red Echo, for near 20 years, Flor worked for IBM and Mastercard, global brands unparalleled leaders in corporate communications and brand management. Prior to that she was VP of Communications for one of the top 50 resorts in the world. She began her career at a PR agency, considered on of the top 20 small agencies in the US.
Born in the Dominican Republic and educated in the USA and Europe, Flor speaks five languages and is at ease in diverse cultural and economic settings. She has a B.A. in Political Science andInternational Relations from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York City.
Away from the office, she lends her hands, feet and ears where there is a need, being part of many medical and humanitarian outreaches throughout Africa, Asia, South America and the Caribbean. She sings in a 150-member choir and is dedicated to family and friends.
